Manu is a Partner of The Centennial Group, a strategic advisory firm. He is also a Member of the Competition Appeals Board, Singapore; Member of the Regional Advisory Board for Asia of the International Monetary Fund; Council Member, Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA); and Vice-President, Economics Society of Singapore. He is a Director of CIMB Investment Bank (Malaysia) and Japfa Ltd (Singapore). Previous board positions include Silk Air, IFS Capital, Surbana Corporation and Temasek companies Green Dot Capital and EH Holdings. Manu holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Cambridge University, UK, Masters in Public Administration, Harvard University USA.

Dr. Foo Fatt Kah

Dr Foo is a co-founder of Luminor Capital Pte Ltd and has over 30 years’ experience in investment banking, venture capital and fund management. He was previously Head of Asian Equities and Co-Head of the Investment Bank for SG Securities Asia and latterly venture partner for Aravis Ventures, a global venture capital group. He has been Managing Director of Luminor Capital since 2008. Dr. Foo is qualified in Medicine (M.B., B. Ch., B.A.O.) and Business Administration (MBA) from Queen's University, UK.

Kwan Chee Seng
Non-executive Director
Chee Seng is a co-founder of Luminor Capital Pte Ltd, and has over 30 years of experience as a businessman and investor. He has an established track record in investments, corporate restructuring, and M&A. Chee Seng has sat on the boards of numerous listed companies as a major shareholder. Presently, he is an Executive Director of SGX Mainboard-listed GRP Limited and also a Non-Executive Director of SGX listed Luminor Financial Holdings Ltd.

Thoo Wee Meng

Thoo Wee Meng was responsible for investment strategy in Private Markets focusing on Private Equity and Venture Capital at Leonie Hill Capital, a Singapore based single family office with offices in Singapore, Switzerland and in the US.
Prior joining Luminor Capital, he spent many years in Switzerland operating in Wealth Management and Family Office management roles in Europe. He is also an active investor collaborating with the UN and related Non-profit organizations in Switzerland and European countries.
With a Technology Engineering background, Mr. Thoo had previously held several management positions in global technology firms including HP, Oracle, VMware and Ooredoo. He has used his experience in M&A to serve LP positions in PE/VC funds, direct investments with Family Offices, institutional funds and corporations towards successful exits.

With over 20 years of experience in corporate banking and wealth management at Tat Lee Bank, Citibank, and Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Kenneth is a knowledgeable banking professional. He possesses extensive expertise in serving High Net Worth (“HNW”) and Ultra HNW clients across various regions, including the Middle East, India, Southeast Asia, and Greater China. He has a Master of Finance from RMIT Australia and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the National University of Singapore.
Kenneth Pang

Yena Ho

Yena has been with Luminor Capital since 2011, after various positions in the private corporate sector. Initially taking on the role as Office Manager, she has progressed to take on the additional role as Compliance Officer in 2013, taking responsibility for the company’s compliance, finance, HR and administrative functions. Yena graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and General Mathematics.
Elissa Kwan

Operations
Elissa joined Luminor Capital in 2021, having previously been a Management Executive at GRP Ltd, an SGX-listed company. She oversees all operational aspects of the company’s policies and procedures including Risk Management and the running of the company’s operations. She also assists the management and board on business development matters. Elissa graduated with a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) in Business Management from King’s College London, UK.
Alison Chong

Investment and Compliance
Alison first joined Luminor Capital in 2010 in the Marketing department as Client Liaison Officer. She progressed to become an Investment Associate, performing due diligence on investments, preparing investment reports and liaising with investors and investee companies. Alison graduated from Shenzhen University, China, with a B.A. in English, and subsequently from the University of San Francisco, USA, with a Master’s in Language Education.
Wong Yoke Teng
Assistant Administrative Manager
Yoke Teng joined Luminor Capital in 2016 as an administrator following several years in administrative and management support, and customer service roles in the private corporate sector. She holds a tertiary education certificate in Business Information Technology.
Dr. Lawrence Chin
Consultant
Dr Chin is a consultant for Luminor Capital, having previously been the Executive Director for Investments, from 2011-2018. His prior experience includes 10 years as a senior investment professional at Bio*One Capital, a global healthcare fund under Singapore’s Economic Development Board (EDB), specialising in biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare services. He was also Bio*One Capital’s head of US operations between 2004 and 2007 based in San Francisco. Dr Chin graduated MBBS from the University of Western Australia and has an MBA.
